Can I use 80/20 soybean/ olive pomace to deep fry at home? I got it for free from work

I'm using a lodge deep cast iron skillet to hopefully deep fry some chicken. I got sysco 80/20 oil, can I use it to deep fry at home?

I kinda read that olive oil is not ideal but not too bad if it's olive pomace oil.
