Hello friends.
I have made fresh ramen noodles before but always cooked and ate them in a couple of days. I'm looking to dry them out in little batches to keep them longer, so I'll have an easy take-along snack for lunch at work. I know this is traditionally done by frying them. I'm wondering, can you dry them out in the air fryer on the dehydrate setting and achieve the same result?
