My wife just made a candle out of the bacon grease leftover in the pan, and it’s pretty awesome. In doing some research to be sure this candle is safe, I read that bacon grease will keep for up to a year in the refrigerator and is great for cooking in place of butter or olive oil. Is that true? Do you guys use it?
