Culinary Institutes, Programs, and Community Colleges… Differences?

I’m in high school, but it’s getting time to look at college. I want to go into culinary, but I’m very confused. With my grades I don’t expect to make it somewhere like Louisiana, but I’d like to go somewhere good. I see that all these community colleges/technical schools offer programs that, according to Niche.com, are among the top in the country (I mean hell, South Georgia Technical is ranked at #23 in the US with a tuition of $1,800 a year, that’s almost a dream). So what’s the difference in programs like the ones at South Georgia Technical School, Johnson & Wales, and Louisiana Culinary Institute. If I try to become a chef will establishments know that, according to Niche, this technical school is ranked very high, or will they see that I attended a technical school and think nothing of it? Also, if a schools program is under the American Culinary Federation does it mean anything more? I have so so SO many questions, if you could give me a very general rundown that would help me so much because I have nobody to ask. Thanks so much, I’m sorry to be a bother and have so many questions, I’m just a lost teenager who doesn’t have anyone to help guide me except the internet. If you are willing to help me with future questions, please let me know because I will 100% need your help again. I know I’m obviously asking a lot and I really do apologize, I just really need help I’m so stressed about this and I don’t know what to do. I’m so sorry. Thank you, strangers. Also I’m marking this as an equipment question because I’d wider your education a tool in the kitchen. I’m sorry if that’s wrong, I made sure this post doesn’t break the rules but maybe I missed something, I hope I didn’t misunderstand something though.
