Despite my instinct saying that 1 tablespoon is too much, I made it. It’s decent, but I can taste the baking powder and it has a bit of a coffee cake texture. Other than not quite enough sugar, I would like to edit for future use. TIA! BTW: I triple checked the recipe, it says 1 tablespoon. (Plus 3 c flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, buttermilk, eggs, etc)
