Ideas for using a spicy beef broth?

So the other day I made some beef tongue tacos and decided to save the broth. It ended up with a decent flavor and a bit spicy from some guajillo chiles and chile de arbol, so I figured something Latin would be ideal, but I don't have any ideas for it. I probably have 2 quarts of the stuff.
