Prevent egg bites from separating

I have been messing around with egg bites lately as a quick keto breakfast I can make in advance.

I’m not following any particular recipe, but to keep them creamy, I bake them at 200°F for 20-30 minutes or so. The eggs turn out the perfect consistency, but with that long cooking process all the add-ins (cheese, bacon, sausage, spinach, etc) end up in layers on top of the bite.

It would probably be fine if not for the cheese doing that, as it makes a mess when reheated.

I’ve tried putting all the add-ins on the bottom and pouring the egg over the top. That didn’t work. I tried blending everything into the egg mixture. That kinda worked, but the cheese still came out on top.

Anyone have an idea how I can keep these ingredients in the solution without them pushing or floating to the top?
