Tried making fresh ricotta for the first time the other day and it came out great! Now what can I do next time with the leftover whey?

Like the title says, making fresh ricotta was simple, easy and tasted great! Now I just need to see what I can do with the byproduct because it's so much milk to use just to dump the rest down the drain. I've heard it can be used in breads? Anything else? Thanks for the suggestions!
