Any danger in double re-heating bean dip?

Went to a friend’s house and had some incredible bean dip that was reheated from the night before. The leftovers were given to me and I want to eat the last of it for lunch tomorrow, but at that point it’ll have been reheated twice. I’ve always heard not to do that. But on the other hand, it would be just barely 48 hours old, and there’s no meat in it, if it matters. Just beans, peppers, and cheese.

Basically, it was made fresh Sunday evening > probably sat out for a couple of hours while enjoyed > fridged > re-heated at 300F in the oven tonight (Monday) > leftovers fridged again > I would like to heat it up in the microwave tomorrow (Tuesday) to finish it off.

Is it safe? I’m really paranoid about food poisoning, but also hate wasting good food. Eternal dilemma.
