Sorry if this sounds stupid but just like let me explain I guess. When I cook at my house my sauté pan is a copper (I think, tbh nobody is 100% sure) with a wooden handle that is literally 50+ years old. This pan is amazing but it’s on its way out and I wanted to take the wooden handle and put it onto a new cast iron pan, but I’m just concerned if the wood is gonna burn if I try and stick this in an oven?
