Shrimp and pasta cross contamination

I saw a video of a woman boiling spaghetti then tossing raw shrimp and sauce in it, everyone was commenting that it was cross contamination/unsafe. Others mentioned since it cooked down it was ok. What’s the correct answer to this? When I’m handling raw shrimp and pasta, I usually add the raw shrimp into the sauce, cook down and then toss the pasta into the cooked sauce. Is this also cross contamination? Does the shrimp have to be fully cooked before it touches pasta and/or sauce?

Rethinking AWS? My company is a heavy user of AWS but we also have a diverse workforce. Anyone else rethinking their cloud approach?
