Why does beef smell and taste off putting to me all of a sudden? I’m Not a vegetarian or vegan but recently the taste of beef is very off putting at times it makes me gag.

It’s hard to explain but it smells and tastes like a farm or hay plus some other taste I can’t explain. And no it’s not just grass fed beef it’s all beef. Just the act of chewing and tasting it makes me want to gag and idk why I’m pretty adventurous with food ie raw oysters sushi etc
