So I made beef stew over the weekend (shredded chuck roast, carrots, celery, onions, small potatoes halved, seasoning, ya know the usual) Anyway, it was done with poor timing due to our schedules. Since there is only the two of us, I have a significant amount of leftovers. I hate wasting food! Can this be frozen? if so how long ? All advice is most appreciated and welcome! TIA!
