Cooking for 50-75 people??

Coming up this June I’m having a graduation party. The most food I’ve made was probably for 30-40 people and that was with help. Obviously this amount of people is a whole other level. Fortunately I will have the help from my family and an adequate cooking space.

What would you recommend to make for this amount of people?

Prerequisites: - A filling meal for everyone -Nothing exorbitantly expensive, obviously it’ll be pricey no matter what but I’m trying to keep it semi reasonable. (Especially because I can’t afford catering)
