Cricket flour from petsmart crickets?

Had an idea. Cricket flour is around 90$ per kilo. A cricket from petsmart costs 14 cents, or 12 cents for 100+. That means only 1.5 cents per cricket-gram. At 80% cricket to flour conversion that's around 19$ per kilo. If I freeze dry them then cook them on high heat before macerating them, will it be fine to make pasta and stuff? Thanks.
