Good culinary school for international student in europe

I'm looking for a good culinary school in europe to expand my experience. I'm new to culinary. did a class locally and I kinda want to expand my knowledge in european cuisine. I was hoping to find a good school with internship.

So far, I'm eyeing Florence Culinary school, but from what I've seen in reviews (of few years back) its a bit mixed.

So anyone can give me good suggestion? I'm hoping to either focus in italian or french cuisine. Either works and I hope class is in english language or so.
