Not sure if this is the right sub, but if I’m looking to make a whiskey ice cream without alcohol, could i remove it from the whiskey without changing the flavor by simmering it on a temperature controlled electric kettle at the alcohols boiling point? Would that be safe? Would any flavor linger in the kettle? Would a better alternative be to flambé it, or would that change the flavor?
