I will be serving beef tenderloin at a party that I am hosting, and I am wondering if I need to provide steak knives, or if regular serrated dinner knives will be enough?
All of my google searches are showing what types of chef knives are required for preparing beef tenderloin, but not what it should be eaten with.
I am not cooking the beef tenderloin myself, but I am supplying my own dinnerware and cutlery, so I'm not sure what is appropriate here.
