Hey everyone, so I've been getting into making rice bowls and bento for lunch and have been loving it. Also eating way more vegetables and saving money using random odds and ends that go well with rice. My only problem is the rice is kinda hard to eat with chopsticks. I'm using long grain jasmine or basmati rice sometimes brown sometimes white and it's still in pretty distinct grains that are hard to pickup. Is there any way to make the rice stick together more so I can eat it more easily with chop sticks? Or should I just switch to a medium or short grain rice that would be more sticky? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any answers, and happy cooking.
