There’s no special occasion other than it was on sale after Easter.
I’ve always wanted to make one but I’ve felt super intimidated by it. My boyfriend got the meat because he knew I wouldn’t take the risk and we’re making it tomorrow. I like to think I’m a fairly decent home cook but for whatever reason this dish makes me so nervous.
I’ve watched SO many videos. And read so many articles and recipes but I wanted to see if anyone had any tips/tricks/things to look out for. Thank you!
