I don't remember the quantities but the recipe is for a simple beef stew, made with garlic, black pepper, sage, and a bottle of Chianti.
I made this before with Merlot (I live in a small town I swear I could not find any Chianti locally) and liked it enough to go out of my way to get a proper bottle, what would you recommend?
