Can overnight French toast soak too long?

We are making overnight French toast for Mother’s Day tomorrow and the recipe says to let it soak in the egg/milk mixture overnight or a minimum of four hours. We won’t be baking and serving it until 2 pm and it’s currently 11 pm, so that would be 15 hours of soaking. Will the bread dissolve and turn to mush? Are we better off soaking it in the morning? The bread is pretty dense and thickly sliced.

AI probably isn’t the big smartphone selling point that Apple and other tech giants think it is
