Did I just invent the most stupidly awesome variant of a Nashville hot chicken sandwich ever (mayo haters need not apply).

Buttermilk marinated fried chicken breast with cayenne, jalapeño, chipotle and garlic powders. But instead of brushing/basting with spicy oil at the end I dipped it in a mayo that was thinned with a blend of hot sauces. Probably one of the best things I’ve ever ate.

Edit: The mix of mayo to hot sauce was like 60/40 so it wasn’t a fucking mayo bomb, after I shook off the excess it probably wasn’t more mayo than you’d put on a regular chicken sandwich.
