It's an un-authentic recipe. As it was not BBQ-ed and full of flavourful sauce/gravy.
Lookwise - It was DICED chicken meat(couldnt tell because the meat was all black and the texture was so soft and tender. it kind of felt like braised red meat). I obviously could taste the jerk spices. It was bit earthy taste just like jerk spice. And spicy as hell. I was told scotch bonnet pepper was used.
In summary, size was bite size diced chicken and covered with its flavourful jerk gravy sauce. Like 30%-40% of the dish was liquid/gravy.
