need a crispy component. I didn't get a reliably bacon crisp, it started to render out so I got nervous that I would have enough in the end. and dropped the temp. it shrunk but was just about enough for a chewy bacon. had some tomato, previously did mushrooms. yeah, I screwed up for not toasting the long rolls but is there anything else like some fresh greens to put a bit of snap? great feedback from eaters but I ate my extra and I couldn't help but feel it was all ingredients too soft
