So I've taken to roast potatos and/or veggies in the oven, gently applying some oil, salt, pepper and/or additional spices over them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
The step I always have trouble with however is the "Flipping" part at the halfway point. I'm legit stumped on how you're supposed to do this. I tried using a large spatula, but it often either makes a mess or never seems to flip all of them correctly.
Is there a better technique I'm not understanding or would be better off using?
