Overdried my jerky

I'm preparing for backpacking this summer, so I wanted to practice and experiment with jerky recipes. The first I tried is chicken and it tastes great, but I way, way , WAY overdried it. It was only in the dehydrator for 12 hours (in retrospect too long I guess) and it probably only needed 15 minutes in the oven to finish (has to hit 165F) instead of 30.

Can my jerky be salvaged? It's beyond dried, it's like eating chicken jerky flavored Doritos. Obviously it's safe to eat, but is there any way I can make it a bit less crunchy?

Why is this country speaking about AI like it’s a fact of life that no one can do anything about?
