Hello all! I'm moving out to my own place soon, which will have a decent sized kitchen for one (and for entertaining) and is close to a couple restaurant supply stores. I was wondering, what do professionals like to have in their home kitchens that they also use at work? What would you suggest to someone wanting to properly outfit their kitchen for organization, sanitation, daily cooking, maybe the occasional bit of meal-prepping and entertaining? What's good value, durable, and/or useful?
If it helps, I do already have a couple Cambro containers for bigger-batch cooking, and I might get some more. I'm also Asian, I like cooking with my seasoned wok, rely a lot on rice, and will also be close to plenty of Asian and Korean groceries that sell Asian appliances and tableware. But I also like cooking and baking lots of other stuff too, so I'm open to whatever suggestions and advice folks may have. My sincerest thanks!
