I've come to realize my most major trigger is corn oil (or oil in general) due to GERD/acid reflux and because of this I've actually made my family angry at me because I now started taking this seriously and want to cut oil from my diet. Anyone got general breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes or dish ideas I could possibly make? I'm at a loss.
(Side note, my family is Mexican, so before all this, Oil was a big part of my diet sad to say.)
