I have a Kamado Joe egg shaped grill, and every time I use it, it ends up moist and moldy on the inside
I've been told to leave the vents open, I always let the coals burn out so that all moisture (theoretically) is gotten rid of, and I brush down the grill after I'm done cooking, but it still happens every time
What am I doing thats causing this, and what is the best way to get rid of it?
