I have shredded cheese that I would like to vacuum seal and store in the freezer. Is it best to freeze the cheese first? Or will that cause crystals and effect the cheese?
I tried vacuum sealing no frozen shredded cheese and it squashed it pretty good. Not sure if it will unsquash itself someday when I take it out.
