Kitchen groundhog day :S

I recently started living alone, and the time I spend in the kitchen is too damn hiiiiiiiigh! Help please! :S

I've been thinking a lot recently about ways to get rid of what I call "kitchen groundhog day". I recently made a post (https://www.reddit.com/r/AskCulinary/comments/uetiif/can_i_cutmince_all_my_onions_at_once_and_store/) that touched on the idea of doing something "once and for all" instead of 'every time' (ie, 'groundhog day'). Many culinary experts are completely familiar with this MO, of course. And perhaps there's even a term for it.

Another example besides the onion example in the linked post is the following. One of my go-to deserts is a Nutella sandwich in white loaf bread. Every time I'm in the mood for one, I have to perform all of the following annoying little steps. I head to the kitchen, pick up the loaf bread bag, open the loaf bread bag, take out two slices, close the bag, place the loaf bread bag back on the shelf, get the Nutella jar from off the shelf, open the Nutella jar, get a spoon from the drawer, smear Nutella in between the slices, close the Nutella jar, place the Nutella jar back on the shelf, wash the spoon, etc.

But I realized that so many of those steps are actually a complete waste of time that could be avoided if I did everything in one sitting! I could convert all the loaf bread and Nutella - right when I buy them from the supermarket - into Nutella sandwiches in one sitting, and place the sandwiches in a Tupperware in the fridge. By doing so, the next time I'm in the mood, all I would have to do is head to the kitchen, open the Tupperware in the fridge, and take out a Nutella sandwich. By doing the latter, I have effectively gotten rid of having to do that annoying de novo song-and-dance every time.

Is there a culinary book or YouTube channel that goes into greater depths for this concept? Please help guys, the kitchen is chipping away at my time and comfort :(
