How long does opened, shelf stable almond milk last in the fridge?

Hi there, so I just bought this silk unsweetened almond milk (948ml) and was wondering how long it will actually last for? I only use about 300ml of it per week, so I wish to keep it in the fridge for at least three weeks (opened), if possible. I have read that it goes bad after 7-10 days opened, but is this really the case?

I don’t want to throw it out and get a new one every week lol, so I was just wondering what your experiences are with already opened, shelf stable almond milk are?
