I’ve been cooking for just about 2 years now and getting pretty good at it (hopefully lol). I’m also 18 and only ever had access to cooking wine at price chopper or Walmart so I’ve only ever gotten that, it’s tasted good in any dish I’ve used them in too. Is it worth getting the more expensive bottles of wine (like $10-$20 so not really expensive) or will the kinds I’m using be fine. If so, between white and red, are there certain kinds that are better for cooking. I’ll obviously have to have my parents buy it for me as well.
