Sometimes work buys us lunch and I think it’s from a Chinese place - there’s a (warm) noodle dish that tastes and smells heavily of roast garlic, and sautéed veggies (carrots, green onion and sometimes broccoli or peas) and usually chicken?

The noodles are usually thin flat rice noodles I think?

Anyone know what this is or what it’s called?

It’s probably my favorite thing ever and I’m too shy/I don’t know who I’d even ask what it is 🙃
