My wife and I are currently out at one of our favorite restaurants for dinner, and we’ve found a couple dishes fairly under salted. I’ll admit we have an unhealthy appreciation for salt, but it’s led us back to the question of why fine dining establishments don’t put salt on the table.
Different folks have different salt preferences, a body can crave different levels of salt depending on exercise etc., and peeps in the kitchen can forget to season (no blame, we’re all human!). So why the hell isn’t there salt on the table?!? Give me my flavor maker!
