I caught a bluefin tuna off the coast of southern CA and yesterday and was recommended to freeze it after I ate homemade sashimi, should I be worried?

Is there a high parasite risk with bluefin tuna? I’m kinda paranoid right now and hope someone with culinary experience can help ease my anxiety
