I have been bashing my head on this over and over.
I have tried at least 10 varieties of prepared horseradish. It all tastes like mother of vinegar. There's no damn heat.
I've tried grating my own horseradish. It's bland, zero heat.
How the hell do I get a horseradish sauce that doesn't suck?
