I’ve been trying for two years with different recipes and methods of cooking to get a melt in your mouth shredded/pulled pork.
The only method I can get to work consistently is the crock-pot. Which I’m good with, but I’m determined to get a roasted pork out of the oven or a smoker. I always get it to the supposed shredding temp of ~200°F but, it still doesn’t give the tenderness I see other folks getting.
Any advice?
