What to do with the bland meal I eat everyday?

I eat half a pound of ground beef, half an yellow onion, a handful of mushrooms and some mixed greens all cooked in ghee until a greyish mixture with hints of green appears.

Everyday. With some fresh garlic and black pepper. It is getting hard to swallow at this point. I eat it because it makes me feel great and full and I've been getting the best results in the gym of my life. But it is just so damn boring! And very umami.

I've tried a variety of sauces(store bought) and spices but I'm just not very good at pairing flavors and balancing them. I really think some kind of sauce would be preferable for me with a seasoning mix in that sauce. I'm thinking like a beer cheese sauce or something, possibly? I want something relatively healthy. I like spicy but wouldn't want my daily meal to be overly spicy.
