Hi all,
I've been making my ramen broth from scratch but am looking for some advice on a quicker alternative.
Does anyone here use a quality, healthy ramen broth paste? I've seen ones for Pho from my local Asian grocer, but the ingredients have a lot of additives.
I've have previously made miso chicken ramen by combining bone broth and white miso paste, but looking to mix if up.
Any advice appreciated.
