Is there any tips beside properly covering up your crepe cake and placing in a air tight container to it it moist? Would brushing a bit of simple syrup on the crepes ruin them? I also plan to use whipped cream in the cake so I can’t store it in room temperature. I’m quite anxious about serving a dry crepe cake after taking it out of the fridge.
