What white wine in bolognese sauce?

I’m making traditional lasagna with bolognese sauce. Have read that I’m supposed to use dry white wine like Chardonnay or Pinot grigio , but in these two wines it’s several options also. Is it ANY Pinot grigio? Do anyone better have any specific name of the ones recommended, not only brand?
