I have a few boxes of cake mix I wanted to save for later but they’re slightly past the sell by date. I don’t have any use for them any time soon. I wanted to know if I could freeze the boxes, and if I would need to add anything afterward (like more leavening) if so. If it makes any difference, these are King Arthur gluten free cake mixes.
