I’m presently living abroad from my home in the US in an apartment without access to an oven (standard around here), and have been having local friends around for dinner. One has expressed great interest in trying lasagna, which I make pretty often at home and have a good recipe for, but I just can’t figure out how to adapt it to work without an oven. Is there anything I can try, or should I call it a lost cause?
