Dressing for a salad served alongside a verrrry rare tuna steak?

I'm thinking along the flavor profile of a poke tower, but it will be a barely seared tuna steak with a side salad. There's always a certain gingery/soy/sesame type dressing, but I'm not sure what exactly the components are. I usually just mix up soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, lime, fish sauce, ginger, and pepper flakes, but does anyone know the same of what I'm looking for so I can get it a little more on point?
