Tomorrow i have an interview at chef's studio kitchen so iwas thinking of making 4 or 5 course tasting menu but can't think something rn ....i don't ingredients i would have there so chef may you guy could assit me here to make some something with least regular ingredients which also impressive.........i also ask my friend who working there for ingredients i could use there and get back to you here..... Edit: i got green flag that i could make anything but i should be interesting ......plz recommend me dishes with less mise en place but still outstanding.....I'm also thinking of making some fish taco course......
